Opferhilfe Berlin e.V. advises and supports people who have experienced a crime. In the counselling centre, those affected find space to talk about the issues and feelings that move and burden them in connection with the crime they have experienced - regardless of which crime they have experienced. On this basis, the next steps are worked out together and support is provided in implementing them.

LARA Berlin offers unbureaucratic help for women* from the age of 14 who have experienced rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment in a partnership, at work by friends, short acquaintances or strangers.

The team of the Neuhland Counselling Centre consists of psychologists, pedagogues and social pedagogues. They all have additional psychotherapeutic qualifications and many years of experience in working with young people in crisis. They offer help for children, adolescents and young adults in crisis situations quickly, free of charge and anonymously upon request.

Help explicitly for men
The counselling for men against violence is aimed at men of all social classes and age groups who deal violently with conflicts in partnerships and separation. It exposes consequences of domestic violence and mediates non-violent solutions. The aim is to prevent abuse.

- The aim of the association Frauen für Frauen in Konflikt- und Gewaltsituationen e.V. is to offer counselling and support for women and their children in their crisis situation.
- The FRIEDA-Frauenzentrum e.V. creates space for women* and girls* from the most diverse backgrounds and life worlds. The associated FRIEDA counselling centre for women* in Friedrichshain is an open space for women* from all over Berlin and beyond. At the heart of FRIEDA is an extensive range of services: you can get advice, make new contacts in groups or join in the discussion at events.

LSBTIQ*
- Lesbian Counselling Berlin consists of a diverse team with different qualifications in social education, psychology and therapeutic training. They are there for lesbians, bisexual women, trans*, inter*, non-binary and queer people in crises and other difficult life situations.
- Queer leben is a counselling centre for inter*, trans* and queer people. Inter*, trans* and queer living colleagues work here. In addition to their therapeutic and counselling expertise, they also offer their biographical experience.
- TrIQ is a social centre as well as a politically, culturally and in the field of research active association that stands up for trans, intersex and queer living people in Berlin and beyond. They offer psychosocial and legal counselling, group meetings and much more.

General psychological help
- The Berlin Crisis Service provides fast and qualified help in psychosocial crises, including acute mental and psychiatric emergencies. Free of charge, 24 hours a day and at nine Berlin locations.
- The Open Door Berlin is a non-profit counselling institution that supports and accompanies people on the basis of mutual respect, regardless of their religious-ideological background and sexual orientation. The counsellors of the counselling service have many years of professional experience and are therapeutically qualified in different ways.
